For a bug, the three things that make it fixable are: which tool, what you pasted (or a small example that behaves the same way), and what you expected instead. Please do not send real customer data to illustrate a bug — a handful of made-up values that reproduce it is more useful and safer for both of us.

For a tool request, describe the job rather than the feature. "I have to split a column of addresses and the spaces keep breaking it" tells us far more than "add a split option".

Have a tool built

Mbule.Tech builds operations systems and internal tools for teams: trackers that replace a shared spreadsheet, operations dashboards, intake and approval forms, and browser tools like the ones on this site, shaped around your own data and steps.

Tell us what the job is today, who does it and where it goes wrong. A rough description is enough to start. Please leave out anything confidential until we have agreed how it will be handled.

Email hello@mbule.online about a tool build

Privacy questions

Write to hello@mbule.online and put "Privacy" in the subject. This includes any request about your personal data under UK or EU GDPR. Read the privacy policy first. It will probably answer the question faster, and it explains that almost nothing held about you could identify you.

Security

Write to hello@mbule.online and put "Security" in the subject. If you have found a vulnerability, please report it privately and give us a reasonable chance to fix it before publishing. Mbule.Tech will not pursue legal action against anyone who reports a genuine issue in good faith, who does not access or modify data belonging to other people, and who does not degrade the service for others. There is no paid bounty programme, but we will credit you if you would like that.

Response times

Delimit is a small independent project, not a support desk. Expect a reply within a few working days. Mail with "Privacy" or "Security" in the subject is read first.

Before writing: privacy policy covers what the site collects, and terms of use covers what is promised about the tools.
