Who makes it

Delimit is made by Mbule.Tech, which builds operations systems and internal tools. Delimit is independent. It is not affiliated with ServiceNow®, Microsoft or Google.

What it is for

Delimit is a set of free tools for anyone who handles lists, IDs and phone numbers. You can turn a column into one comma-separated line, compare two lists, remove repeats, clean up text copied from a spreadsheet and format phone numbers in bulk. Copying a column of reference numbers into a query or a filter box is slow by hand, and it is easy to drop a value or split an ID in two without noticing.

That is why the list converter shows two counts, Pasted and In list. If they differ, something was lost on the way. It also warns you when a line passes 1,900 characters, because browser address bars cut long URLs off without telling you.

What happens to your text

The text you paste is processed in your browser, not on a server. Nothing you paste is uploaded, stored or logged. There is no account to make and nobody asks for your email.

The privacy policy lists the ordinary web traffic that does happen when a page loads.

How it is run

Delimit is free to use, and we keep it independent. There are no ads on the site today. Later, ads shown below the tools will help pay for it. They will never sit above a tool or pop up over the page, and the tools will stay free. From the day the first ad appears, the privacy policy will say which network runs it and what it collects.
